EAST தாம்பரம் தாண்டி வலப்பக்கம் திரும்பி ….இப்பொது நமக்கு “பாலாஜி பவன்” னுக்கு வழி தேவையில்லை. அதன் தலைமை COOK ஸ்ரீநிவாசனை தெரிந்தால் போதும். இந்த கதையின் நாயகன் அவர் தான். ஸ்ரீநிவாசனுக்கு இந்த ஆடி வந்தால் 53 முடிகிறது. 10ம் வகுப்பில் பாழாய் போன கணிதம் 1 மார்கில் கவிழ்த்து விட்டதால் சமையலுக்கு வந்தவர். சுமாரான சம்பளம். நல்ல கை வாகு. சாத்தமது பண்ணினால் 1 கப் குடிப்பீர்கள். (சாத்துமது – என்றால் என்ன? என்று சொல்ல போவதில்லை). கொஞ்சம் சீட்டு. கொஞ்சம் பன்னீர் புகையிலை.
சமையலில் 30 வருட அனுபவம். நடுவில் ஒரு “ஐயங்கார் கஃபே” நடத்தி 1 லட்ஷம் கை சுட்டுவிட்டது. ஓட்டல் நடத்த தெரியவில்லை. மனைவியின் இரட்டை சங்கிலி போய் விட்டது. “இன்னும் கொஞ்சம் WORKING CAPITAL இருந்தால் சமாளிச்சு இருப்பேன்” என்று இன்னமும் சொல்லி கொண்டிருக்கிறார். மொத்தத்தில் இழு பறி நெலைமையில் குடும்பம். அனாலும் சமாளிக்கிறார்.
ஒரு சுபயோக சுப தினத்தில் “பாலாஜி பவன்” கை மாறியது. உரித்த கோழி நெருப்பில் தொங்க “MULTI CUISINE RESTAURANT ” என்றானது. ஆக மொத்தத்தில் ஸ்ரீநிவாசனுக்கு வேலை போனது. பழைய முதலாளி கொஞ்சம் பணம் கொடுத்து வேறு வேலை பார்க்க சொன்னார். அடுத்த 2 மாதங்கள்; சரியான வேலை கிடைக்கவில்லை. ஸ்ரீநிவாசன் தடுமாறி போனார்.
அப்போது தான் முதல் முறையாக “Brahmin Help Desk” பற்றி கேள்விப்பட்டார். அதன் அலுவலகம் சென்றார். தன் கதையை சொன்னார். “வேலை வேண்டுமா?” என்று கேட்டார்கள். தயங்கி தயங்கி “வேறு உதவி வேண்டும்” என்றார். “ஓட்டல் ஆரம்பிக்க உதவி வேண்டும்” என்றார். ஒரு வாரம் கழித்து மீண்டும் வர சொன்னார்கள்.

Angel Investors: அவர்கள் பணம் இருபவர்கள். நல்ல அனுபவம் இருபவர்கள். புத்திசாலிகள் . ஆனால் நேரம் இல்லாதவர்கள். தங்கள் பணத்தை / அறிவை புதிய BUSINESS ல் INVEST செய்ய தயார் ஆனவர்கள். தங்கள் பெயர்களை BRAHMIN ANGEL INVESTOR ஆக பதிவு செய்து இருந்தார்கள்.
சூரி என்ற சூரிய நாராயணன் ஒரு “ANGEL INVESTOR”. வயது 62. SBI ரிடையர்டு அலுவலர். ஒரே பையன் ஆஸ்திரேலியாவில். குளிர். மாமியும் அவரும் இங்கு. தாம்பரத்தில் தனி வீடு. பணத்துக்கு குறைவேயில்லை. சூரி சார் புத்திசாலி. ஒரு ரூபாய் கொடுத்தால் நான்காக வளர்ப்பவர். பையன் ஆஸ்திரேலியாவில் செட்டில் ஆக விரும்புகிறான். எல்லாம் இருக்கிறது அனாலும் தனிமை கொஞ்சம் வலிக்கிறது.
பையனுக்கு எதுவும் தேவையில்லை. வீடு / பணம் என இந்திய தேவை இல்லை. அவனுக்கு தேவை ஆஸ்திரேலியன் “GREEN CARD ” மட்டும் தான். “நீயும் வந்துவிடு” என்கிறான். குளிர், தனிமை, அனாதை வாழ்கை. சூரி சார் மனிதர்களுடன் வாழ்ந்தவர். வங்கி தொழிலில் பலருக்கு உதவியவர். “நன்றி சார்” என்ற வார்த்தையை உளமார பலர் சொல்லி கேட்டவர். வாழ்க்கையை வாழ்ந்தவர். அவரால் கண்ணாடிக்கு வெளியே அமைதியாக இருக்கும் உலகை வெறித்த பார்வையுடன் பார்த்து கொண்டு ஆஸ்திரேலியாவில் காலம் தள்ள முடியவில்லை. எதாவது செய்ய வேண்டும்; செய்து கொண்டு வாழ வேண்டும் என்பது நோக்கம். தேடினார். தேடி தேடி “BRAHMIN HELP DESK ” கண்டு பிடித்தார். தன்னை இணைத்து கொண்டார்.
ஒரு புதன் காலை சூரி சார் ஸ்ரீநிவாசனை சந்தித்தார். அவரின் முழு கதையும் கேட்டார். “ஐயங்கார் கஃபே” தோற்ற கதையை கேட்டார். ஸ்ரீநிவாசனை ஒரு முறை சமையல் செய்ய சொல்லி சாப்பிட்டார். அவரின் கேள்வி / விளக்கம் என 2 நாளைக்கு தொடர்ந்தது. இருவரும் பல முறை சந்தித்தார்கள். பேசினார்கள்.
சூரி சார் ஒரு வாரம் முடிவெடுக்க நேரம் கேட்டார். சூரி சாரின் அனுபவம் / அறிவு வெளிப்பட்டது.
- ஒரு ஓட்டல் வெற்றிபெற எது முக்கிய கரணம்? – பதில் தேடினார். பதில் : இடம். மிக சரியான இடம். முதல் 10 காரணங்களில் முதல் 7 “நல்ல இடம்” என்று வந்தது. மற்றவை (குவாலிட்டி / சுவை / சுத்தம்).
- தன் CONTACTS மூலமாக ஓட்டல் நடத்தும் இருவரை சந்தித்து பேசினார். அவர்களின் அனுபவங்களை கேட்டார். அவர்கள் உதவி செய்ய தயார் என்றனர்.
- ஓட்டல் வியாபாரத்தில் ஆரம்பம் நட்டத்தில் இருக்கும் என்றும் போக போக லாபம் வரும் என்றும் சொன்னார்கள். ஆரம்பிக்கும் முதல் நாளே “லாபம்” வர வேண்டும் என தீர்மானித்தார். தன் நண்பர்களை / பழைய CUSTOMERS தொடர்பு கொண்டார். “நீங்க ஓட்டல் ஆரம்பிக்க போறிங்களா? சூப்பர் சார். எங்க கம்பெனிக்கும் சப்ளை செய்ய முடியுமா?” என்றார்கள். (The first/best rule of the business: What you know is not important; Whom do you know is very important)
- Marketing and Quality – தெளிவாக Plan செய்தார்
சூரி சார் தீர்மானித்தார். “எதுக்கு இதல்லாம்? நாம பணம் சம்பாரித்து என்ன பண்ண போறோம்? ” என்று கேட்ட மனைவிக்கு “இது பணத்துக்கு இல்லை? மனதுக்கு” என்று பதிலளித்தார். பையன் “உங்க இஷ்டம் பா” என்றான்.
ஸ்ரீநிவாசனை அழைதார். “உங்கள் சார்பாக நான் ஓட்டலை ஆரம்பிக்க தயார். நீங்கள் ஓட்டலை கவனித்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். அதற்க்கு சம்பளம் தருகிறேன். நான் போட்ட முதலை அடுத்த சில வருடங்களில் எடுத்த பிறகு, ஓட்டலின் பெரும் பங்கை உங்களுக்கு கொடுக்கிறேன். நீங்கள் உண்மையாக உங்கள் உழைப்பை கொடுங்கள்”
நல்ல இடம் பார்த்தார். ஒரு சுப தினத்தில் ஓட்டல் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. ஸ்ரீநிவாசன் மனைவி Cashier. முதல் நாளில் 100 டிபன் மற்றும் 150 சாப்பாடு CATERING SERVICE ஆக 2 கம்பெனிகளுக்கு சென்றது. பிரமாத வரவேற்பு.
முதியோருக்கு (60 வயதுக்கு மேல்) 20% சிறப்பு தள்ளுபடி. பெரிய டிவி வைத்து அந்தகால MSV/ இளையயராஜா பாடல்களை போட்டார். “சர்க்கரை இல்லா ஸ்வீட்” , அதிக காரம் இல்லா உணவு, பில்ட்டர் காபி. Feedback என செல் நம்பர் கொடுத்தார். “நியூ ஐயங்கார் கஃபே” முதியோர் / சிறுவர் என அனைவரையும் ஈர்த்தது.

60ம் நாள் லாபம் தொட்டார். 180 ம் நாள் கணக்கு பார்க்கையில் கணிசமாக பணம் இருந்தது. இரண்டாவது வருடம் ஸ்ரீநிவாசனுக்கு 60% பங்கை கொடுத்தார். “நான் இன்வெஸ்ட் செய்த பணத்தை வட்டியோடு எடுத்துட்டேன். இனி இந்த ஓட்டல் உனக்கு சொந்தம். நல்லபடியா இரு”.

I was working in a garments exports till 2007 and started my own factory which was manufacturing garments jobwork for exporters.
During 2016 i met with a road accident and lost left eye vision in spite of two surgeries.
My family consist of 5 members self,wife and three children.
My wife who supports and stood alongwith me during crucial periods and literally we were struggling for food and she is the one who managed the domestic expenses in such a way without asking help with anybody for our food needs.
Elder son completed his Bsc multimedia and he is on his own in the photography industry and just started enquires after finishing five projects.
